Setting the Background Task Mode

You set the Background Task Mode on the 3DM2 Controller Settings page. Settings are available for both Rebuild/Migrate and for Verify. By default, both Background Mode settings are set to Adaptive.

To change the Background Task Mode

1	Choose Management >> Controller Settings from the menu bar in 3DM2.

2	In the Background Task section of the Controller Settings page, select the Background Mode you want for Rebuild/Migrate and for Verify.

The page refreshes and a message appears at the top to confirm the changes you make.
