Problems in 3DM2
You may not have the most recent driver for your controller, the driver may not be loaded, or you may not have the most recent version of the CLI or 3DM2.
To find out the driver version currently installed, see Determining the Current Version of Your 3ware Driver
Current drivers and software are available for download on the LSI website at
http://www.lsi.com/channel/ChannelDownloads.
This could be due to one or more of the following:

If a drive that previously showed up in 3DM2 or 3BM does not show up, try the following:

If the drive still does not show up in 3DM2, then swap that drive with a drive that is showing up.

If the drive now shows up, and drive you swapped it with does not, then the drive is OK. The problem could be the controller connector, the cable, the power connector, or the enclosure or drive slot.

If the drive shows up, then you will know which hardware component was defective.
If the drive still does not show up, contact 3ware Technical Support.
