<div class="BodyAfterHead"><a name="1271958">The 3ware 9750 RAID controller family has multiple phy transceivers (phys) </a>that receive and transmit the serial data stream between the controller and drives and other devices in the SAS domain. </div>
|
|
<div class="Body"><a name="1262688">Phys are associated with the SAS ports on the controller. Multiple phys can be </a>associated with one SAS port, which is then called a “wide port.”</div>
