<div class="BodyAfterHead"><a name="1051925">When remote administration is enabled on the </a><a href="3DM2_Settings.html#1088492">3DM2 Settings page</a>, you can use 3DM2 to check status and administer your 3ware RAID controller from a browser on any computer, over an internet connection.</div>
|

<div class="Body"><a name="1061875">You do not need to install the 3DM2 software on the remote computer.</a></div>

<div class="ToDo"><a name="1539885">To connect to 3DM2 through your web browser</a></div>

<div class="Body"><a name="1616472">In the address line of your browser, the IP address of the computer that </a>contains the 3ware RAID controller. For example: <span class="code-char">https://<IP </span><span class="code-char">address>:888/</span></div>

If the time varies by more than 30 minutes, it will not be possible to remotely monitor the system (you will not be able to log in). If you are in a different time zone, you must first change the time of the local system to match the time of the remote system.</div>
