<div class="Body"><a name="1979770">If you have a hot swap bay or an enclosure with removable trays, you can add </a>a drive to your system and make it available through 3DM2 without powering down the system.</div>

<div class="Body"><a name="2173347">Without hot swap bays, you should not add a drive via 3DM2. Instead, power </a>down the system and add the applicable drives.</div>
